Tom Schuller, who chaired the NIACE Inquiry into the Future of Lifelong Learning, will be a keynote speaker at this conference. The conference will focus on the implications of the General Election for adult learning, as well as exploring how volunteering initiatives such as community learning champions, ‘learning revolutionaries’ and WEA membership can be strengthened and sustained.
